Since then, hundreds of reptiles have been rescued, rehabilitated, and rehomed throughout the country. There are an increasing number of reptiles being kept as pets, often without the correct information being given about their care; resulting in many reptiles suffering through lack of knowledge or neglect. We offer an advice service by phone, helping with the welfare and care of all reptiles. We are based in Brighton at the Animal Rehoming Centre, East Sussex. We operate the first RSPCA unit in the country dedicated to reptiles and with funding permitting, we plan to expand our already unique facility for reptiles in order to accommodate more.
